Ink Drawings<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Architectural drawings using ink with drafting pen instruments as the primary media can be on paper or on other types of support. Drawings use pen and ink as well as washes to produce lighter hues of the base ink, be it in black or in any other ink color. Throughout the twentieth century, ink on vellum or mylar supports was used in architectural drawings because they were mainly meant to be reproduced. Such drawings have a distinctive, linear appearance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
